5. Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders within major cities and Emirates in the UAE.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur a 20 AED shipping fee.
• Deliveries to faraway regions will incur a 30 AED shipping fee.
• We do not deliver to regions listed as “no service areas.”
• Please refer to our list of faraway regions and no service areas on our website.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.
