What are the shipping charges for delivery within the UAE?

Our mission is to provide efficient and reasonably priced shipping for our customers across the UAE. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping charges:

 

  • We provide free shipping for all Prepaid orders within all major cities and Emirates in the UAE.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): 20 AED shipping fee for all orders, regardless of the price of the product. 

 

Shipping Charges for Faraway Regions

  • There is a shipping charge of 30 AED for deliveries to faraway regions within the UAE.
  • Please refer to our list to see the regions classified as “far away.”

 

No Delivery Areas

  • We do not deliver to regions listed as “no service areas.”
  • Please refer to our list to see the regions classified as “Not Deliverable.”

How should I take care of product maintenance?

Please refer to the product instruction manual for maintenance instructions.

How you will manage the product refund/replacement ?

We offer a full refund within 7 days after we receive & verify the items. In order to receive a refund approval please send a mail requesting a refund along with a photo of the product to our official mail: eliteprocutlery@gmail.com. Please wait for approval from our side before shipping the product.         

 

The product must be returned in its original condition, including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box,  blank warranty cards, MRP tag, user manual, and all accessories ( if any ). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How do I clean my knife?

  • After using the knife, wash it with clean water immediately, wipe it with a dry cloth, and store it in a dry, ventilated place.
  • Avoid placing knives in humid, salty, acidic, or alkaline environments to prevent corrosion and rust.
  • Do not use a dishwasher to clean the knife, as the detergent and temperature can cause the blade to rust.
